For years, our target has been to dispatch orders out within 1-3 working days. However, we extend it to 1-5 working days during the early days of the current MCO/PKP due to the larger amount of orders. We've increased the number of working days to 1-7 now, but we're still behind schedule, and the backlog continues to grow.
We can't risk the quality of the packaging in order to expedite delivery. But continuing to accept orders while being unable to meet the deadline feels so wrong either.
Our relationship is built on trust, and we value your trust highly.
As a result, we believe it would be appropriate if we do not accept any orders on 8th & 9th July so that we can focus on fulfilling existing orders and bringing happiness to your doorstep sooner.
Here is what will happen on 8th & 9th July 2021:
- Webstore - Beautyspot.my will still be running (we are not going anywhere!).
- More unfulfilled orders can be processed.
- More packages can be dispatched out.
- New orders can NOT be placed.
We will resume accepting orders again from 10th July 2021 onwards.
